Clint is a San Diego native who is passionate about teambuilding and technology. In starting NSW in 2004, his goal was and still is a Security and Systems Integration firm that is built on customer service, integrity and teamwork. Shaun has 30 years experience in the industry and has been a part of the NSW team since inception in 2004. He is certified with many different manufacturers and leads our service team. Shaun’s commitment to customer satisfaction is second to none.
Bert joined the NSW team in 2020 and brings over 30 years of Security and Integration experience. He brings a wealth of installation knowledge to our team having worked in various aspects of the industry throughout his career.

NSW is a privately owned regional integrator who partners with industry-leading manufacturers such as Axis, Ambient AI, Genetec, Hanwha, LenelS2, Milestone, Software House, American Dynamics, and many others.
National Security Works (NSW) is proud to partner with the International Brotherhood of Electrrical Workers Local 569. Through our Partnership with the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) and IBEW 569 we are part of a self sustaining ecosystem that provides employment opportunities and training through the Electrical Training Center (ETI). As a result, we have the most highly skilled and trained workforce in the industry, and arguably the most efficient workforce in the industry.
