Built on trust, driven by excellence — learn who we are and what sets us apart.
NSW Integrated Systems was founded with a simple but powerful idea: that clients deserve an integrated systems contractor they can trust unconditionally — one that delivers complex, mission-critical systems with precision, accountability, and care.
Based in San Diego, CA, NSW has grown into one of Southern California's most respected low-voltage and integrated security contractors. We serve commercial campuses, healthcare networks, transit authorities, utilities, and government facilities across the region.
Our team includes IBEW Local 569 signatory field personnel — trained tradespeople who bring union-quality craftsmanship to every installation. Combined with our manufacturer certifications and dual licensure (C-10 Electrical + ACO Alarm Company), we offer clients a uniquely capable and accountable partner.
We believe that a great company is built on great people, and great people thrive in a culture that values family, accountability, and integrity. Those aren't buzzwords at NSW — they're the foundation of everything we do.
"A company is only as good as the team that comprises the company. Through a focus on creating a culture of not only excellence but personal accountability, the value and importance of family, and the empowerment of our team members, we have succeeded in building a team that is second to none."
Workforce Access
Through our partnership with IBEW Local 569, NECA, and the Electrical Training Institute, NSW has access to a deep bench of trained, qualified tradespeople — giving us the workforce flexibility to scale for large or complex projects when it matters most.
Our five core values aren’t just principles — together, they form the foundation of who we are.
We treat our team like family and our clients the same. The relationships we build are long-term, personal, and grounded in genuine care.
We own our work, our mistakes, and our outcomes. Personal accountability is a non-negotiable expectation at every level of our organization.
We do what we say we'll do, every time. Integrity means being honest in our communications, transparent in our pricing, and consistent in our quality.
Our clients trust us with critical infrastructure. We earn and protect that trust through professionalism, reliability, and discretion.
We tell clients what they need to hear, not what they want to hear. Honest assessments, honest scopes, and honest timelines — always.
“Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength. The second is this: Love your neighbor as yourself. There is no commandment greater than these.”
Mark 12:30–31
