Enterprise Access Control — Multi-Campus PACS
Design, installation, and ongoing service of a Lenel OnGuard enterprise access control platform spanning multiple Sharp facilities across San Diego. Includes HID card issuance and reader upgrades across multiple campuses.
IP Video Surveillance — Multi-Site Camera Expansion
Ongoing IP camera additions, VMS integration, and video infrastructure upgrades across Scripps Green, Scripps Mercy, and Scripps Downtown facilities. Projects include parking structure cameras, lobby coverage, and elevator monitoring.
Batiquitos Lagoon — Fiber Optic Reroute
Design and installation of a fiber optic reroute along the Batiquitos Lagoon rail corridor. Work includes OSP fiber installation, splice and termination, and full communications restoration for NCTD's Coaster line infrastructure.
Overhead Paging System — Multi-Facility T&M Program
Ongoing overhead paging service program across Sharp Metro, Sharp Memorial, Sharp Santee, and Sharp Cancer Center. Scope includes PBX paging troubleshooting, speaker repairs, ED pod audio, and mass notification maintenance under IBEW DAS-7 classification using Biamp-platform infrastructure.
Access Control Expansion — Multi-Location Card Reader Program
Multi-phase access control expansion program across Kaiser Permanente facilities in San Diego County. Work includes credential reader upgrades, door controller additions, and Software House PACS integration.
Enterprise PACS — Lenel S2 Platform
Enterprise physical access control system for IID's utility and critical infrastructure facilities. Multi-phase program including Lenel hardware, HID ALX readers, controller boards, and HID credential issuance.
On-Call Low Voltage & Fiber Optic Services
On-call contract for low-voltage and fiber optic services at San Diego International Airport. Scope includes fiber troubleshooting, cabling infrastructure support, and systems integration under a standing service agreement.
Video & Access Control Integration — Defense Campus
Multi-phase security systems integration at Viasat's defense technology campus. Scope includes Lenel S2 camera license expansion, IP video infrastructure, and access control integration for secure facility operations.
HID iClass to SEOS Reader Migration — Corporate HQ
Multi-phase access control upgrade at Illumina's San Diego headquarters. Program included HID iClass reader replacement, SEOS 8K smart card deployment, mobile credential integration, and C•CURE 9000 PACS configuration for the life sciences campus.
Multi-Phase Integrated Systems — GC Partnership
Ongoing integrated systems subcontract with BNBuilders across multiple active construction projects in San Diego. NSW provides access control, video, and low-voltage infrastructure as part of the GC's project delivery team.
Low Voltage Infrastructure — Medical Campus
Structured cabling, fiber optic, and low-voltage systems work across UCSD's medical campus and Skaggs School of Pharmacy. Projects include IDF/MDF infrastructure, Cat6A horizontal cabling, and fiber backbone runs to support clinical systems.
C•CURE 9000 SSA & Access Control — Life Sciences
Multi-phase access control installation and Software Support Agreement (SSA) for GenMark's diagnostics facility. Scope included C•CURE 9000 platform configuration, door controller installation, and credential management for lab and restricted areas.
